It is the customer’s decision to cancel the rental due to weather. (we won’t cancel on you – we can set up rain or shine! So, it is totally your decision.) Your payment can be applied toward another rental within one year (like a rain check – you won’t lose your money!).
To receive the Rain Check, or Credit, you must inform us of your decision to cancel due to weather (1day) before rental items are delivered.
Once delivery crew arrives onsite we will not provide any rain checks, and you must move forward with the rental. Changing the booking date, or cancelling, for any reason other than inclement weather will result in the loss of your payment and/or rescheduling fees.
If you book online we will arrive an hour early to set up and we will arrive 30 minutes before end time to prep for take down of the equipment.
Our insurance meets all the requirements to set up at local parks. There is a $99 processing fee to provide the insurance that Parks Departments require
What about parks?
--We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day..

We charge a delivery fee over 20 miles. $5/mile.
What payments do you take?
---Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. We require payment first before setting up!!
